Mail Service Only:  Our address is your new business mailing address which may be used on all stationary/business cards/marketing material/business license, etc. Never use your home address or an unprofessional P.O. Box gain! Your mail and packages will be kept in a locked mailbox. For an additional charge, we will forward your mail as frequently as you like to anywhere in the world.  Should you choose to receive your snail mail via e-mail, our professional staff will scan and e-mail your mail on a daily basis.  Additionally, our conference rooms are available to our virtual tenants at the rate of $35.00 per hour.

Mail Service and Personal Receptionist: In addition to professional mail handling, our receptionists will answer calls in your company name. You have the option to forward calls to any number you choose whether it be a cell phone, home office or voicemail tree. With this system, you will also receive an email recording of all voicemails. To potential customers, first impressions are critically important.  What better way to make a great impression than having a friendly and professional receptionist answering your every call! Our conference rooms are also available to you for $35.00 per hour.

Mail Service, Personal Receptionist, and 16 hours of Conference Rooms: Our professional and courteous staff will collect your mail, answer calls in your company name (with voicemail to e-mail), and you will receive 16 hours per month of Conference Room usage at our location. Never meet a client at a coffee shop  again…utilize our beautifully appointed, professional, and safe conference rooms for all of your meetings. We offer coffee and beverage service a la carte and each of our three conference rooms has fully integrated plasma T.V.’s, wireless internet, and marker boards.
